As we expand our Insurance vertical, we are looking for a driven Sales Executive Insurance who can actively generate business across Health, Life, and General Insurance products while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Role OverviewThe Sales Executive Insurance will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on suitable insurance solutions, and closing insurance policies across Health, Life, and General Insurance categories.
This role requires someone who can identify opportunities within existing clients, build new client relationships, resolve insurance queries, and execute go-to-market efforts to grow the insurance portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through existing clients, referrals, partnerships, and outreach activities.
- Identify opportunities to sell Health, Life, and General Insurance products to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Advisory
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and policy structures.
- Provide clear explanations of policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claim processes.
- Support clients through the quotation, documentation, and policy issuance process.
Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for insurance-related queries from clients.
- Coordinate with insurance partners to resolve underwriting or policy-related issues.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products within the DealPlexus client base.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers.
- Contribute to expanding the insurance distribution network.
Market Execution
- Support go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, partnerships, and client outreach activities.
- Stay updated on insurance products, pricing, and market trends.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in insurance sales or advisory.
- Understanding of Health, Life, and General Insurance products.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful policy closures.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
