Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and identifying customer needs. Duties include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting established sales targets, and attending industry events to represent the company. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and familiarity with rubber roller-related products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in market research, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
