Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will oversee day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing clients, developing and presenting sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide suitable software solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, they will stay up-to-date on industry trends and contribute to the company's overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ERP systems, and AI-powered business automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose fitting solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other sales-related tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
