Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Hytix India, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying, pitching to, and closing partnerships with event organisers, corporates, venues, and ticketing clients. You will own your pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to deal closure, and play a direct role in shaping Hytix's market presence in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including event organisers, colleges, corporates, venues, and entertainment companies.
- Conduct product demos, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Meet revenue and acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Represent Hytix at industry events.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in events or the hospitality industry will be value-added.
- Familiarity with SaaS/ticketing platforms.
- Experience in Tier 2/3 markets.
