Dinepalace is a restaurant technology and digital marketing company helping restaurants grow through online ordering systems, website development, and marketing solutions.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email communication and respond to client inquiries
- Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients
- Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM
- Assist with invoice creation and payment tracking in Zoho Books
- Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and updates
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Requirements
13 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support
- Good working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Comfortable making outbound calls
Hours are Monday to Friday and half day Saturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time)
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS, digital marketing, or restaurant industry
- Experience handling international clients
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle
