Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role for a Sales Executive in Study Abroad. The Sales Executive will focus on connecting with prospective students through B2B and B2C networks, understanding their academic and career goals, and providing tailored guidance and solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads by connecting with schools, colleges, and agent networks, and through coordination with the marketing team, conducting consultations, guiding students through the study abroad process, maintaining relationships with partners, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and support strategies.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of sales target achievement
Hands-on experience with CRM (Zoho/Freshsales/HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge of Study Abroad process (mandatory)
Objection handling, confidence, and student-centric approach
Ability to work independently with accountability
Able to onboard agents for B2B through past experience and network
Knows how to onboard maximum number of students

Compensation Structure
Component Range: Up to 4 LPA fixed + Uncapped i
ncentivesIncentives: 2,000 per closed student
