Job Description: Sourcing Manager Real Estate
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand sourcing business.
Maintain regular engagement with existing partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
Generate quality leads through channel sales for residential and commercial projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets as assigned by management.
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and project presentations for channel partners and clients.
Share project updates, pricing, inventory details, and promotional offers with partners.
Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead allocation and closure support.
Track leads generated through partners and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in negotiation discussions to support deal closures.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of bookings.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Suggest innovative sourcing strategies to improve channel performance.
Build long-term relationships to enhance repeat business opportunities.
Resolve partner queries and provide prompt support for deal-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and channel partner agreements.
Represent the company professionally during partner meets and events.
Eligibility & Skills
16 years of experience in real estate channel sales or sourcing.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines effectively.
