Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct candidate profiling and maintain recruitment trackers
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in managing candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support the team in maintaining recruitment databases and reports
- Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
