Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and cold calls to generate and qualify leads
- Convert leads into site visits and walk-ins
- Coordinate walk-ins and ensure a professional customer experience
- Handle registration and booking-related documentation
- Update leads and customer details in CRM/Excel
- Address basic customer queries and hand over hot prospects to the sales team
