Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and cold calls to generate and qualify leads
  • Convert leads into site visits and walk-ins
  • Coordinate walk-ins and ensure a professional customer experience
  • Handle registration and booking-related documentation
  • Update leads and customer details in CRM/Excel
  • Address basic customer queries and hand over hot prospects to the sales team
