Job Description
Role Summary: Support the sales team by managing enquiries, follow-ups, internal coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth conversion from lead to order.
Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on sales enquiries and proposals
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Accounts teams
Maintain sales pipeline, trackers, and reports (Excel / CRM)
Handle client communication and meeting coordination
Manage quotations, proposals, and order documentation
Required Skills
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in sales support / coordination role
