We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales executive (Inside & outside sales) to enhance our institutional partnerships and student engagement initiatives. This role focuses on developing collaborations with colleges and universities, engaging with students, and increasing brand presence through effective BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales - manage inbound leads, follow-ups, and counselling over calls and digital platforms.
- Conduct outside sales - field visits, institutional tie-ups, and client meetings.
- Promote KIT Skill Hub's training and upskilling programs to students and institutions.
- Execute daily and weekly sales plans to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college representatives and placement teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM tools.
