Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, showcasing residential and commercial properties, and converting leads into successful sales. The role also involves providing expert property consultations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. The Sales Executive will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction through personalized service and after-sales support.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales or real estate, with skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Good understanding of the real estate market, including residential and commercial property trends.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is highly desirable to communicate with a diverse clientele.
