Role Description

Hytoma is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, fostering relationships with potential clients, and promoting Hytoma's smart automation solutions. This role involves meeting sales targets, organizing presentations and demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their specific needs. The ideal candidate will represent Hytoma's values while collaborating with the team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer outreach.

Qualifications

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smart home technology and automation systems is preferred.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Relevant Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience with Customer Relationship Management software is an advantage.
