Experience - 2 to 6 years
. Responsible for Quarterly & Annual targets for assigned territory through new accounts.
. Establish new business and grow in those accounts and territories assigned
. Plan and lead meetings with key stake holders of prospects/customers
. Own End to End Sales cycle with accurate forecasting
. Manage relationships with key stake holders of Principle organizations like Dassault, Hexagon, etc
. Apply a consultative approach to uncover customer needs,
. Maintain accurate records & Account Plan, Proposals, Presentations etc
. Self-motivated and targets driven
. Market & Customer understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM/MES solutions.
. Proven work experience in all phases of Business Development cycles, including prospecting and lead generation, presentations, negotiations and closing
. The ability to influence and negotiate with others
. Ensure qualification & forecasting of opportunities with excellent negotiation & closing skills
. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
. Excellent communication & Team work
