About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives who are keen to build a career in real estate sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA candidates who enjoy interacting with people, learning sales fundamentals, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will receive hands-on exposure to client handling, site visits, lead follow-ups, and deal closures, with guidance from senior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Sales Support
- Handle inbound enquiries and assist in qualifying leads
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to potential customers
- Support senior sales managers during client meetings and site visits
Site Visits & Follow-Ups
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain regular contact with clients to address queries and build trust
Sales Coordination
- Update lead status, site visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking formalities, and client communication
- Assist in preparing sales reports and trackers
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA (real estate specialisation preferred), looking to start a career in real estate sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and willing to meet clients on-site
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (with weekly offs as per policy)
- Target-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn
