Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, showcasing products and services, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role demands effective communication, problem-solving, and a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications
  • Sales and relationship-building skills, including an ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Expertise in client communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and close deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and meeting sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or vehicle care services will be considered an advantage.
  • Passion for automotive care and customer service excellence.
