Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and converting them into successful partnerships. The role includes understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, managing negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also assist in developing sales strategies, tracking market trends, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Relationship Management Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales, client handling, and building long-term business relationships.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective pitches and craft professional proposals.
  • Analytical and Market Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated experience in achieving targets and driving results in a competitive environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn about the company's services and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; previous sales and recruitment industry experience is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of technological platforms is an advantage.
