About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and drive property sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of local real estate market and regulations
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Have knowledge about the locations and ongoing projects

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in residential/commercial property sales
  • Strong network of clients or brokers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
