The Sales Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based at our Goa (Bardez) office. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating commercial terms, following up on leads, and staying updated on industry trends. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets
• Strong customer relationship management and solution-oriented approach
• Prior experience in pest control, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Candidates currently working from or based in Goa
• Applicants originally from Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, or Maharashtra are preferred
• Outstation candidates are welcome provided they are currently residing in Goa
• Proficiency in 34 languages such as Konkani, Hindi, English, Marathi, or similar
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
