Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and managing sales processes in the field.
Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting market research to identify sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing product and service demonstrations as needed. You will also gather customer feedback and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help align offerings with market demand.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building successful client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales processes, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in field sales, business development, or account management
  • Sound knowledge of market research techniques
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and e-commerce solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to travel locally as required for client meetings
