Job Description

Growvertix is a performance marketing and technology agency that helps D2C brands scale using Meta Ads, Shopify optimization, UGC creatives, CRO, and retention automation.

We are hiring a Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with D2C founders and convert inbound leads into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with D2C brand founders via calls, WhatsApp, and Google Meet
  • Understand why their ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is low
  • Check their website, ad structure, and basic funnel issues
  • Explain how Growvertix can solve its current marketing challenges
  • Share proposals, pricing, and service details
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM updates
  • Handover closed clients to the media buying team with proper details

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/Hinglish + English)
  • Confident on calls and video meetings
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability
  • Strong follow-up discipline and responsibility
  • Basic understanding of online marketing, Meta ads, or D2C brands
  • Experience in sales, digital marketing, EdTech, or agency preferred but not mandatory
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
