Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. As a Sales Executive at GrowStartup Advisors, you will focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales to achieve organizational goals. You will develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research to identify business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and preparing detailed reports on sales metrics and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and generating leads
  • Experience in sales strategy development and market research
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets
  • Prior experience in the startup or business advisory ecosystem is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
