Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Surat, with occasional opportunities to work remotely. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and promoting the company's solar solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, handling client inquiries, building and maintaining relationships with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing insights into market trends and contributing to sales strategies to expand the customer base.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and an understanding of solar technologies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
