Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, managing relationships with existing and potential clients, negotiating contracts, and contributing to revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals and nurture business relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities for identifying new opportunities and improving sales performance
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
