Job Description:
We sell Process liquid filtration products across Pharma, Water, and Industrial customers. You will not be required to engage in blind cold calling; lead generation and outreach You will be supported through structured processes and guidance.
80% of your work is selling to already identified SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) customers.
20% of your work is hunting because growth requires effort.
- 50% Inside Sales (calls, follow-ups, coordination)
- 50% Field Sales (planned visits, customer meetings) Final split depends on performance.
What You Will Do
- Communicate with Customers Regularly calls, meetings, follow-ups
- Convert SQLs into orders
- Learn filtration basics, applications, and use-cases
- Do planned field travel when required
- Prospect new customers regularly
- Maintain CRM and activity discipline
- Coordinate with HO, production, and logistics
