Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful business deals. The candidate should be responsible, proactive, and capable of managing sales activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in sectors such as corporate, retail, hospitality, infrastructure, banking, and institutional clients.
  • Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and client meetings.
  • Present the company's branding and signage solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in advertising, branding, signage, or related industries will be an advantage.
