Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month + Incentives

Requirement: Candidate must own a bike (mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role involves field sales for our lift and escalator solutions, requiring strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Visit clients/customers regularly for product promotion and sales presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and close sales effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to the team.

Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, offers, and conversions in reporting formats.

Key Requirements

Must own a bike (mandatory) with valid driving license, RC, insurance, and PUC.

Minimum 13 years of sales experience (field sales experience preferred).

Prior experience in the lift/elevator industry, construction, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering background preferred).

Proficiency in communication and negotiation with a client-first approach.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Mumbai.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for reporting.

Reporting To Sales Manager Mumbai

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Leads generated per month.

Client visits per week.

Sales offers rolled out per month.

Conversions/closures per quarter.
