Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for Elchemys products & services for the global market focusing on the Flavors and fragrance
- Strive to achieve the revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to deliver and execute sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales
- Negotiate long-term contract and develop key accounts
- Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in sales/business development of Flavors and fragrance raw material along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector.
- Experience of International Sales in the Global Markets
- Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
- Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
