We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team at GFE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities and industry events as needed.
- Provide accurate feedback and support to the sales team and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client handling, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
