Job Description

Sales Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential clients in the HORECA segment and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Promote company products through regular visits, presentations, and sampling.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.
  • Address client queries, ensure timely deliveries, and provide post-sales support.
  • Collect feedback from customers to help improve service levels and product offerings.

Market & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Share market feedback with reporting managers for planning and decision-making.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth product supply and stock availability.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and collection summaries.
  • Assist in implementing marketing or promotional activities as per company strategy.
