Renowned for its innovation in marketing strategies and customer engagement, SA has achieved tremendous milestones in the JCB franchise, including record sales of machinery. The company prioritizes seamless, on-ground service by maintaining 15 strategically located branches across nine districts, offering sales, service, and spare part support. SAE also boasts state-of-the-art workshops, such as its 14,000 sq. ft. facility near Pune, providing robust training and maintenance services for JCB machinery.

Role Description

  •   Forecasting customer requirements for a 3 month period.
  •   Responsible for achieving monthly sales and market share targets.
  •   Timely completion of statutory forms and submission of all documents to SAE.
  •   Ensure timely submission of the debit claims and follow – up with the department for its payment.
  •  Generating prospects, maintaining a prospect database and reporting customer visit to immediate

Authority.     

  • Making techno commercial offer/Presentation.
  •  Attend and conclude sales call.
  •  Liaison with the financers, insurance agents.
  •  Market Intelligence.
  •  Organizing customer meet, operator meet, financers meet, road shows and goodwill visit to existing and competition customers.
  •  Making and sending reports of daily activities and updating monthly MIS.
  •  Implementation of marketing and sales promotion schemes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Genset industry or power generation solutions is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
