Division : General Industry (Automotive & Refinish Division)

Location:Kolkata

Experience:2- 6 years

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Preferred: Chemical Engineering) or MBA with a specialization in Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Mumbai region.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers and partners in the B2C and B2B segments.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, focusing on target organizations listed above.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
