Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role based on-site at GEFTEN CABLES PVT. LTD. in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive client engagement, monitoring of market demands, and presenting innovative electrical solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Ability to communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and present ideas persuasively
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for evaluating market trends and customer needs
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and solutions, or a willingness to learn about the industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for managing sales processes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales, especially in the electrical or similar industry, will be advantageous
