Role Description SaaS / Technical Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, Kerala.

We are hiring a SaaS / Technical Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is selling websites and digital products by clearly communicating how they work, why they work, and how they solve business problems.

This is not a coding role.

This is a tech-aware sales role.

You must understand:

How websites work (frontend, backend basics)

How data flows

How digital products convert users into leads/customers

How to explain this clearly to non-technical clients and close deals

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential clients (B2B focused)

Understand client business needs and map them to website / SaaS solutions

Clearly explain website structure, frontend, backend, hosting, and workflows (no coding)

Conduct product and website demonstrations confidently

Handle objections using logic, not scripts

Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets

Coordinate with tech, marketing, and product teams for delivery alignment

Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline discipline

Upsell and cross-sell where there is clear value

Mandatory Skill Requirement (Strict)

You must have a basic but clear understanding of:

What frontend is (UI, UX, user flow)

What backend is (logic, database, admin, APIs concept level)

How websites generate leads and revenue

Hosting, domains, performance basics

SaaS vs custom websites (when and why)

No coding required

No deep engineering knowledge required

Ability to explain tech to business owners is mandatory

Qualifications

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in SaaS sales, website sales, or tech product sales

Comfortable talking to founders, managers, and decision-makers

Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes

Understanding of digital marketing and lead funnels is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred, skill > degree

Prior B2B tech sales experience is a strong advantage

Compensation & Growth

Fixed Salary: 10,000 / month

Incentives: Aggressive performance-based commissions

Earning Potential: 50,000 1,00,000+ per month for top performers

There is no income ceiling.

Your earnings scale directly with deals closed.
