Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive sales growth of Gaurav Distributors own brands by building strong dealer adoption in the market.
-Manage and support sales performance of partner brands.
-Conduct regular field market visits to onboard new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing A & B category customers.
-Identify new dealers, generate leads, and expand the distributor network across assigned territories.
-Plan schemes, bundle offers, and promotional activities for both own brands and partner brands.
-Push own brands strategically by converting large buyers through schemes, product positioning, and relationship building.
-Introduce new products during market visits and collect real-time dealer feedback.
-Understand dealer requirements and coordinate with office team for order validation, stock checks, and dispatch follow-up.
-Plan and execute upselling, cross-selling, and bundle strategies aligned with company growth goals.
-Analyze ERP sales data to identify fast-moving SKUs, gaps, and growth opportunities.
-Support exhibitions, product display planning, and brand visibility initiatives.
-Maintain Daily and weekly reporting on field activity, dealer pipeline, and brand-wise performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

-Strong understanding of electrical distribution business preferred.
-Ability to balance product strategy with aggressive field execution acknowledged.
-Good dealer communication and product positioning skills.
-Analytical thinking with focus on product performance.
Basic ERP / computer knowledge.

Requirements:

-Education: Graduate or Equivalent
-Experience: 1 - 3 Years in Electrical / Distribution / Field Sales preferred
-Electrical or consumer durable industry experience is an advantage.
