Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Kalyan, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and networking, preparing proposals, presenting logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, maintaining records of sales activities, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Prospecting, Negotiating, and Closing Deals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Transportation processes, including FTL and PTL operations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office tools, and other sales-related applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
