motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our customer
base.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at FusionStays, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries,
providing personalized travel recommendations and converting leads into bookings. You will be
the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly
and efficiently. Your excellent communication skills, knowledge of offbeat travel destinations,
and passion for customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Enquiry Handling:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and
professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about offbeat destinations, accommodations, and travel
itineraries.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
2. Sales and Conversion:
- Convert leads into bookings by understanding customer preferences and tailoring travel
recommendations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of travel experiences.
3. Travel Planning and Itinerary Creation:
- Work with customers to understand their travel preferences and create personalized
itineraries.
- Provide recommendations on offbeat destinations, accommodations and activities.
- Ensure that all travel plans are feasible and meet customer expectations.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with customer preferences and tailor communication to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a
related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2C telephonic sales, customer service ( travel industry is a plus point not mandatory )
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. (Preferred)
4. Personal Qualities:
- Passion for travel and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
