Job Purpose:
Generate and convert sales leads,
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
Achieve showroom sales targets by promoting and selling automobiles and related services directly to walk-in and prospective customers
Follow all processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through direct interaction, showroom visits, on-ground marketing activities and local networking.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Timely follow up on leads, inquiries, and test drives to close sales effectively.
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales, financing options, and insurance packages.
- Maintain updated knowledge of automobile product lines, new models, features, and pricing.
- Ensure prompt and professional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by management.
- Participate in local marketing, roadshows, and promotional events to increase brand presence.
- Coordinate with the service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure timely and seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in direct or automobile sales (showroom experience preferred). Freshers can also apply.
- Good selling skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be a bonus
