About The Opportunity

A fast-growing digital marketplace operating in the online services, talent marketplace and e-commerce enablement sector. We help businesses and independent sellers scale revenue through data-driven online sales, account optimization, and marketplace operations. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on driving growth, retention and merchant success across digital channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of online accounts: drive revenue growth through proactive upsell, cross-sell and promotional campaigns focused on customer lifetime value.
  • Serve as primary client contact: build trusted relationships, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans: set KPIs, run performance reviews, and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion and AOV.
  • Use CRM and analytics to monitor account health: track sales funnels, identify churn signals, and recommend corrective actions grounded in data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to launch offers, improve onboarding flows, and remove friction across the customer journey.
  • Prepare concise performance reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders and propose scalable playbooks to replicate wins across accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical orientation with experience turning performance data into prioritized action plans and commercial outcomes.
  • Comfort working on-site in India with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
