Role Description Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Sales Executive at KK Calibration & Services.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company's analytical solutions and services, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure continued support and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities also include client account management, contract negotiations, market development, and contributing to the company's overall business growth strategy.

The role requires regular travel across the North India region to cover key industrial areas including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare manufacturing clusters, meeting customers, and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in a relevant industry
  • Strong understanding of calibration, validation, analytical instruments, or technical services related to pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India to visit industrial areas and customer sites
