Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Lead Conversion:
- Manage and nurture client leads to close deals for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing individual transactions and contributing to overall team goals.
- Work on building a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Market Research & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's real estate portfolio to confidently communicate value propositions.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams to align efforts and generate quality leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales processes for clients.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
