Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Lead Conversion:
  • Manage and nurture client leads to close deals for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing individual transactions and contributing to overall team goals.
  • Work on building a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Research & Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's real estate portfolio to confidently communicate value propositions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams to align efforts and generate quality leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales processes for clients.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
