We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for market visits, door-to-door sales activities, client research, and collections. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular field engagement. The Sales Executive who has collected information in the market has turned into new clients, repeat sales and more revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market visits and door-to-door Market Research activities to generate new leads
-Plan and complete upto 15-day tour programs as assigned by management
-Identify, research, and approach potential clients in assigned territories
-Present company products/services clearly and confidently to customers
-Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with clients
-Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
-Prepare and submit monthly sales reports
-Maintain client data and sales records using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to explain products and close sales effectively in face-to-face meetings
-Willingness to travel extensively for field work and tours
-Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
