Sales Executive for Delhi NCR

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include presenting and promoting products, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Understanding of the recycled plastics industry or prior experience in B2B sales in manufacturing or similar sectors
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales reporting
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the packaging, automotive, or consumer goods industries is a plus
