Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Thodupuzha. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized jewellery recommendations. You will handle sales transactions, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain store displays, and build long-term customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and delivering excellent service to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Knowledge of jewellery products and trends, with an ability to suggest products based on customer requirements
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with retail operations
  • Proficiency in handling transactions, billing, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
  • Experience in jewellery sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or retail is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and English is desirable
