Job Description

Company : Specular Business Services LLP,

Role : Sales Executive FMCG/Beverages,

Salary : As per experience,

Location : Varanasi, Mirzapur,jaunpur,Mau, prayagraj

Timings : 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Sat)

Reporting to : Territory Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting aqua or beverage products, maintaining customer relationships, developing and supporting market expansion in the assigned area.

1.Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and product launches

2. Customer & Dealer Management

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts

Ensure timely deliveries, stock availability, and merchandising at retail points.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

3. Market Development

Conduct market surveys to track competitor products, pricing, and promotions.

Collect feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.

Support brand visibility through product displays, demos, and events.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and daily call reports.

Training and development of reporting sales team

Timely submission of MIS reports.

Report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to

management.

Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth

execution.

5. Compliance & Process

Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and credit terms.

Follow proper documentation and reporting standards.

Uphold ethical sales practices at all times.

Knowledge of mathematical calculation for sales.
