Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing Interior Design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, client interaction, and helping customers create their dream spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers and understand their interior requirements.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and design consultations.
  • Work closely with the Design team to provide suitable interior solutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
  • Support proposal presentations and project discussions.
  • Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and customer communication.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to overall business growth through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Interior Sales, Home Interiors, Real Estate, Furniture, or related industries.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Experience in Interior Design, Home Décor, Furniture, Modular Kitchens, or Residential Interiors will be an added advantage.
