Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Nashik. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-lasting client relationships. The role involves presenting financial products and services, negotiating, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide clients with tailored financial services and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Teams:

Investment (Mutual Funds, Bonds)

Insurance (Life, Health, Motor, General)

Loan (Personal, Home, Business, Vehicle, Working Capital)

Qualifications

Graduation

Post Graduation

Sales Experience in Financial Services

Expectations

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets with closures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, insurances and loans.
  • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to develop customized financial solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in financial sales or advisory services is a plus
