Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager, based in Nashik. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the closing process, ensure timely funding of transactions, and coordinate with sales, lending, and mortgage teams. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulations, managing documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of real estate deals. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely completions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Closings and Funding processes
• Experience in managing Sales and Loans
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices and procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance policies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
