Sales Executive Female

Generate and Handle inbound sales inquiries and leads received through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to build relationships and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively addressing customer queries, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Develop and present customized sales proposals and quotes to prospective customers to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to maximize revenue and maintain profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement professionals in target industries.
Make sure the client's payments are received as per the committed payment terms.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights to the sales manager.
Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details in the company's CRM system.
Qualification:

Any Graduate
Required Skills:

Strong product knowledge and understanding of gearboxes, their applications, and relevant industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. (if required)
Relevant Experience:

Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the gearbox or related industry.

1-2 years
Work time 9.00am to 6.00pm
