Role Description

The full-time Executive role at FastGlobe is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Executive will oversee and coordinate day-to-day freight aggregation and logistics operations, ensuring seamless shipment processes across air, ocean, and land. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating with carriers, monitoring shipment tracking, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective logistics strategies that meet client needs and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight management, logistics operations, and supply chain optimization
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication
• Understanding of customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and risk management procedures
• Proficiency in coordinating shipments across various transportation modes, including air, ocean, and land
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and tracking tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in global trade or a similar industry is highly desirable
